10.0La casa, comunque fresca in giornate torride, era fornita di tutto ( necessario per cucina e bagno ), la piscina e la zona adiacente ( con la possibilità di fare il barbecue ) e non da ultimo la disponibilità e le indicazioni del proprietario. Il rapporto servizi/prezzo è davvero più che ottimo
− L' ultimo pezzo per arrivare non è dei più agevoli,ma essendo una stradina di campagna, comunque sempre asfaltata, è più che comprensibile

− Zona abbastanza isolata e non semplice da raggiungere. Struttura rustica carina datata dovrebbe essere curata e mantenuta meglio.
