Delightful 10-day stay in a quaint, rural Andalusian retreat.
10.0My wife and I loved the location, which is very central for hiking and exploring western Andalusia, as well the quiet country serenity. The ability to close the shutters in the bedroom and block out all light (and sleep in) was helpful for overcoming jet lag. I still miss sleeping there. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and gave us very helpful tips for our follow on travels in Morocco. Their dog is a kind gentle spirit who occasionally accompanied me for an afternoon nap on the terrace.
− The hot water in the shower could be intermittent, but we readily adapted. We scared ourselves more than once driving twisty winding road that leads up to Cortes de le Frontera - and we were the sober ones! Coming down from the town, the 10th curve seemed most treacherous.
