Decent place to stay for a low price
7.0You get a full kitchen, which was important for us. Parking is convenient, inside the property, also important for us. The price was low, so it was a good deal.
− The hot water literally runs out after a few minutes. The boiler is small and maybe doesn’t work properly, I don’t’ know. The fact is you have less than 5 minutes of running hot water. Then it rapidly gets cold. So, when in the shower, you better make haste.

3.0La ubicación es buena, cerca del Cerro Ceferino y del centro
− El mobiliario es antiguo y gastado, la iluminación es mala, está ubicado en una avenida muy transitada de tierra, y por enfrente, cruzando la calle, pasa el tren de carga 1 ó 2 veces por día, a cualquier hora, tocando bocina, y tarda varios minutos en pasar y tiembla toda la casa

− Muy caro para lo que ofrecían. Casi no había papel higiénico. Poca iluminación y ventilación. Ni siquiera había azúcar y yerba, cosas básicas que ofrecen otros alquileres.
