10.0Great little appartment in the city center, yet in a quiet area. If you're looking for a comfy place with privacy for good value this is your place.

5.0Der große Kühlschrank arbeitet gut, die Matratze ist auch für deutsche Verhältnisse bequem. INTERNET ist ausreichend schnell. Die schnelle Reaktion der Vermieterin bei Problemen.
− Aus dem Wasserhahn tropft es nur , sonntags "grüßt" der Muezin , kein Parkplatz vorhanden, das Bett ist nur für Pinoys, langer Stromausfall. Geschirr musste erst eimal gereingt werden. Im Schlafzimmer ist es recht heiss durch fehlende Wärmeisolierung der Fenster. Die Treppenstufen sind lebensgefährlich weil viel zu hoch. Außen stinkt es nach Katzenpisse.

Feels like home
10.0It sincerely was one of the best stays of my life because I felt like I’m home. During my 6 months travelling, I missed cooking a lot and this place gave me this opportunity with a well equipped kitchen. Other than that everything was amazing, especially the host was so friendly and well communicative. Location is pretty good as well, not too far from the main road and not too close either. If I come back to PPC, definitely I will stay here.
