9.0Excelente Flavio como anfitrión. La medida justa entre cordialidad, disposición y prudencia. Muy lindo y cuidado el departamento. Excelente el sistema de calefacción por losa radiante que mantiene una temperatura agradable especialmente los días de más frío.
− El barrio es muy tranquilo y de fácil accesibilidad pero quizás un poco alejado del centro si no se cuenta con vehículo. Aunque hay negocios de cercanía si se los requiere.

− En nuestro que caso estuvimos en la semana trabajando en el duplex, los vecinos de al lado fueron algo ruidosos.

10.0Apartamento muy completo y muy cómodo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene un jardín donde se puede comer y estar muy a gusto. El apartamento está ubicado dentro de un circuito cerrado y tiene parking privado. Muy cerca de supermercado, farmacia, cervecería, etc. Flavio es un excelente anfitrión, nos dio muchos tips antes y durante nuestra estancia en Bariloche. Nos encantaría volver!

10.0El bosque en el cual se encuentra el alojamiento, el recibimiento, el acceso a diferentes puntos de esparcimiento y a servicios, la tranquilidad y seguridad, sus instalaciones..... EXCELENTE!!!
