8.0O prédio tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, piscina, coworking, jacuzzi, sauna, academia, tudo de excelente qualidade e estrutura, o apartamento bem limpo, tem o que se precisa para um studio, cama de casal pequena.
− Piscina linda com borda infinita um calor de 36° e agua geladissima, tanto que um morador estava reclamando que ninguém consegue usar a piscina por conta disto. Toalhas de banho muito pequenas e finas, o box do banheiro, precisa de manutenção pois esta com machas bem feias de sujeira, a empresa que gere o apartamento porta8hosting , passa informações pela metade, exemplo: tem lavanderia OMO eles cobram pra usar 10,00 lavar 10,00 secar, depois que paguei a moça vem me falar que eu tenho que ter os produtos pra lavagem. Outra coisa que devem ficar atento ao alugar é o check-out as 10h da manhã! Normalmente é entre 12h e 14h.
