10.0Ideal fanden wir zum einen den ebenerdigen Zugang zur Wohnung als auch den privaten Eingang mit kleinem Gartenanteil zum Entspannen. Für uns als Hundebesitzer eine perfekte Lage der Wohnung, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in der Natur zum Teil mit grandiosem Ausblick! Sehr sympathischer Vermieter!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

9.0The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was quiet and there was parking outside.
− The fire safety could be improved by installing fire doors with smoke seals and closers, interlinked smoke/heat detectors and a heat detector instead of a smoke detector in the kitchen/living room. Fire extinguishers and a fire blanket could be provided.
