10.0El apartamento resultó muy práctico, equipado con todo lo necesario, muy bien cuidado y decorado. Las zonas comunes estaban estupendas, ideales para disfrutar y relajarse. Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación: a menos de 2 minutos de la playa y justo entre el Puerto y Sabinillas, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días😊

Due to the persistent drought due to the lack of rain in the South and East of Spain, the authorities have ordered some restrictive measures, including the closure of swimming pools, both public and private, until further notice. This concerns all communities and urbanizations in the area.
Fortunately the urbanization is right on the beach, and the sea is always healthier and much better than a swimming pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
