7.0Apartment was well equipped, good cooking options. Terrace was nice to relax in the evening (although sunny and too hot at lunch time).
− The second bedroom is located in the basement with quite steep stairs to get there - this was not clear from the booking description. The bedroom door squeaked very loudly, so it was tricky to leave child to sleep there. You could hear neighbors walking upstairs, as their floor is very squeaky as well - we were unlucky, as they went to sleep later than we did! Also, beware that children are charged at the same rate as adults, even if they are 1 YO. Check-out is relatively early, already at 9:00.

9.0Very picturesque location, nicely equipped kitchen, handy basement washing machine. Ideal for a few days in Garmisch. Would go back, would recommend to friends.

− This is not a dislike, only a comment is that a 9:00 am check-out time is hard for most families. Suggest the hosts change to 10 or 11 am.

10.0Sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und Garten hinter dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Zentrumsnah. Sehr netter Vermieter.
