1.0Wysoko w górach, dobre miejsce blisko szlaków i atrakcji.
− Pokój nie spełnia warunków do nawet krótkiego pobytu. Wymaga remontu praktycznie wszystkiego, malowanie, stolarka, wymiana sprzętów, brak wietrzenia w łazience, gnijące, spuchnięte od wody meble. W pokoju owady, pająki, pajęczyny. Po szafkach upchane gadżety właściciela. Pościel brudna z dziurami, ręczniki poszarpane. Pokój tylko dla 1-2 osób, trzecia, nawet dziecko to tłok i materac leżący na podłodze. Do kuchni wejdzie jedna osoba. Lodówka się nie domyka i nie ma w niej światła. Sztućce z różnych kompletów i brudne, podobnie talerze i szklanki. Właściciel zażądał zostawienia 20 EURo za podatek uzdrowiskowy, po prośbie o rachunek zrezygnował z pieniędzy w ramach rekompensaty za warunki pobytu. Zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu przed czasem, właściciel nie zareagował na naszą rezygnację z pokoju.

7.0Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, es wurde eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung im Vorhinein gesendet (Anfahrbeschreibung, Schlüsselbox, Parken, Müllplatz, etc.) . Es war für mich im Apartment alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Lage war für Wanderungen optimal, direkt von der Unterkunft auf den Hochkönig (ohne Auto)! Als Alleinreisender war die Größe des Apartments absolut in Ordnung.
− Man könnte schon mal 10€ (z.B. auf Amazon) in eine Duschkopfhalterung investieren ;)

3.0− Sehr klein, Bettsofa für die Kinder gibt es nicht! Einfach nur eine dünne Matratze am Boden, anstatt richtige Bettdecken nur Sofadecken. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht geeignet für 4 Personen! Duschvorhang sehr schmudelig. Des Weiteren ist die Küche sehr, sehr klein.
