− למעשה חדר עם מטבחון, ולא ממש דירה. הליכה של 5-10 דקות מהחניה. בגלל שהדירה באזור ההיסטורי, אין גישה עם רכב. מהווה בעיה רק לגבי מזוודות. המיקום שווה את המרחק.
