Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise; an der Sauberkeit muss viel getan werden.
3.0Die Verkehsanbindubg des Appartements ist sehr gut. Es gibt von einer Bäckerei im Ort einen Brötchenservice.
− Vom Balkon aus ist das Nachbarhaus nur den Mindestabstand entfernt; einen Ausblick auf Berge und Natur gibt es nicht. Die Küche ist minimalistisch ausgestattet; grundlegende Ausstattung fehlt ( z.B. Korkenzieher, Flaschenöffner etc.). Die Sauberkeit der Küche und des Bades hat viel Spielraum nach oben: Küchenschränke verdreckt, auf dem Küchenschrank liegt ein mega verdrecktes Geschirrtuch. Die Dusche hat "gelbe" Fugen; der Duschvorhang einen breiten "gelben" Saum. Beim Wasserhahn im Bad fehlt die Mischdüse/Perlator. Ein Bett quietscht so sehr, dass man sich fast nicht traut zu bewegen, um den Partner nicht zu aufzuwecken. Möbel in schlechtem Zustand: Garderobe, Kleiderschrank, Tischchen beim Sofa. Die Böden in der ganzen Wohnung scheinen länger nicht gewischt worden zu sein (in den Ecken überall Krümel und Dreck). Die Silberfischchen fühlen sich dort aber sehr wohl.

9.0helle, neuwertige Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage. Carport für das Auto mit Lademöglichkeit für das E-Auto mit einem sehr fairen Preis. Großer Balkon.
− Bereits Gebrauchsspuren, wie z. B. lockere Duschstange.Kissen könnten voluminösen sein.

− There were tiny issues like a bed squeaked a little and the bathroom sink was draining slowly. Or that the walk path to the ski lift goes through a private property which is sometimes guarded and you have to go through an interview similar to airport customs to pass. May be fixed when the main bridge gets completed.
Super week gehad, mooi gelegen dichtbij pistes, restaurants en bakker.

For arrivals from 1.10.2021 we only accept guests who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Children under the age of 12 and guests who had already booked before 1.08.2021 are excluded.
The long-awaited construction of the almost 1640 ft long tunnel for the B178 federal road in Scheffau has begun. In about two years, through traffic will disappear completely in the new tunnel. Unfortunately, nuisance from the construction site cannot be avoided. On weekdays it is with a certain Construction noise to be expected.
