5.0− Incompetent and non english speaking "hosts" from an hiring agency. Answered english text messages in spanish - if they answered at all. Only one shared bed cover. When one is turning in ones sleep, one takes away the cover from the the other sleeping person in the bed. This keeps you awake all night. Asked for an extra cover, got a thick fluffy blancket outside main door. No one knocked, we just happened to se it on the way out for dinner. The washbassin in the bathroom had a corner broken off. We reported this but again no responce.

8.0The location is excellent- not far from the centre. The apartment is very contemporary with nice decor and furniture. It’s very clean, well kept and compact. The bed is very comfortable. The smart TV is a nice addition. Overall, very good indeed.
− A toaster would be useful to complete the rest of the equipment in the kitchen. We could hear the neighbours above constantly dragging furniture around.

9.0The apartment was comfortable and you find there everything that you need for your stay, very well equipped. The self-checkin and checkout was easy, communication with the host as well. The location is just in the middle of the hill, around 10 min walk to the town or to the cliffs.
− The terrace was beautiful but a little bit noisy due to the busy road just under.

− The communication initially was great, but trying to get a response from other queries was disappointing but more surprising. Especially when we want to return on a regular basis.
