10.0What a beautiful, spacious holiday home. Fully equipped for 6 of us. Perfect to spend new year. Decorated all Christmassy. The kids loved the table tennis in the garage and the garden area.

10.0We really liked the house, how it is furnished, the decorations very appropriate. A quiet corner of heaven that gave us very good energy for the entire stay spent in beautiful Scotland.

Roualeyn is a real gem, everything you need to enjoy a holiday in the countryside.
10.0The cottage is very well equipped to be a home from home. All was neat, clean and tidy and Gale was on hand to welcome us and ensure we had all we needed. Being on a farm was fascinating to watch all the comings and goings. However, it was remarkably quiet and peaceful in the countryside, just the place to relax and enjoy the local area. The Forbes Arms Hotel is about 3 miles away and does really wonderful food (also a take away service) so that adds to the overall experience of our stay.
