9.0nel verde ma a due passi da Viterbo. colazione ottima e ben servita in una location particolare ma di classe un plauso alla cortesia del personale e di Andrea e sua moglie sempre disponibili ottima la cucina con pasticceria superba
− la ricezione delle televisioni è molto discutibile praticamente salta la connessione quasi sempre.

Quello che cerco nella Tuscia
10.0Da qualche anno passo moltissimo tempo a Viterbo e, inevitabilmente, ho costruito una mia piccola “mappa del cuore” fatta di luoghi dove torno sempre volentieri. In cima a questa lista c’è senza dubbio Braciami. Andrea, insieme alla sua famiglia e a tutto lo staff, riesce a creare qualcosa che oggi è sempre più raro: un’accoglienza autentica, fatta di professionalità, attenzione e passione vera per quello che fanno. La cucina è ogni volta entusiasmante: ricercata nella scelta degli ingredienti e nella cura dei dettagli, ma profondamente legata ai sapori della tradizione. Un equilibrio difficile da trovare e che qui riesce perfettamente. Anche il locale rispecchia questa filosofia: ricercato e curato, ma con quel calore che ti fa sentire a casa appena entri. È uno di quei posti dove non vai solo per mangiare bene, ma dove torni volentieri per l’atmosfera, le persone e l’esperienza completa.
