4.0Bardzo miła i komunikatywna właścicielka, która pozwoliła nam skrócić nasz planowany pobyt, pomogła załatwić formalności. Piękne rasowe zadbane konie i krowy.
− Zaczynając od początku. Trudny dojazd do posesji, stroma szutrowa droga oraz głębokie koleiny, można uszkodzić samochód. Okolica mało widokowa, posesja położona nisko, otoczona lasami i polami. Podwórko zaniedbane. Brak leżaków, wygodnych krzesełek czy grilla. Cześć wypoczynkowa zaniedbana. Wszystko w domu bardzo zniszczone. Największy apartament ma bardzo niski standard. Czuć w nim wilgoć, pościel pachnie wilgocią. W domu panuje zapach starości wymieszany z zapachem dymu i wilgoci. Bardzo stare, nie nadające się już do użytku, niehigieniczne krzesła, stoły. Czuliśmy się jak w skansenie. Zaniedbana kuchnia, i łazienka. Brak czajnika elektrycznego. Salon i wyposażenie wygląda w rzeczywistości gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Zdjęcia na booking są mocno nieaktualne. Inne krzesła, stół, fotel bujany. Grube kraty w oknach. Cały apartament nadaje się do remontu. To nie dom urządzony w starym stylu, tylko stary, zniszczony dom udostępniony turystom. Z szacunkiem dla Teodory i jej wkładu, ale jest pewna różnica. Farma ma potencjał. Teodora razem z jej mamą ciężko pracują. Zwierzęta są bardzo zadbane i piękne. Być może apartament z wanną ma lepszy standard. Podwórko jednak jest zaniedbane. Należałoby stworzyć miejsca do wypoczynku. Kupić leżaki, krzesełka, stoliki, posadzić parę kwiatków. Dobrym pomysłem byłby sklepik z pomidorami czy innymi warzywami z farmy. Miałam nadzieję, że będzie można kupić mąkę produkowana na farmie. Bo były takie zdjęcia z produktami z farmy. Życzymy wszystkiego dobrego dla Teodory i jej rodziny.

10.0Bellissimo posto isolato ma 3 minuti da rapolano e 20 da siena.. Teodora, la proprietaria gentilissima.. ottima connessione internet.. ci si sveglia immersi nella natura.. fantastico

10.0Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, ben organizzato, e corrispondeva alla descrizione, bagno enorme con vasca, letto molto comodo Immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, ben collegato al paese che è raggiungibile con la macchina. Colazione varia, abbondante e ben curata nei dettagli.
