− Poca chiarezza dei proprietari. Danno delle informazioni in privato che non coincidono con quanto scritto su booking ovviamente cambiano solo a loro comodo. Nel momento del confronto BLOCCATA! Pessimi.
I don't recommend
1.0− I do not recommend this agriturismo. We booked this accommodation before a mountain running race and could not sleep properly because of a very loud family party taking place during our stay. The host did not inform us about the event in advance. The restaurant where the party was held is located directly below the rooms, with open stairs connecting the floors, so the noise carried strongly into the rooms and continued until around 2 AM. We complained several times during the night, both in person and through messages, but the situation did not improve and we did not receive any apology. At one point we were told that if we wanted a refund, we could leave in the middle of the night, which was not a realistic option considering the remote location of the property, the late hour, and our early race start, which the host was aware of. We also contacted Booking.com during the night and continued communicating with customer service afterwards, including escalating the case and trying to provide evidence of the disturbance. Despite this, the compensation offered (€12) was very limited compared to the price we paid (€80/night). The room itself was acceptable, but there were ants and some mold in the bathroom. We chose the twin room because the double bed in the other room option seemed too small for two people. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
