Agriturismo SS Annunziata♡

Overpriced and disappointing.

We booked this accomodation based on photos and on the fact it was an agritourism property which we wanted to support while in Italy. There wasn't much we liked to be brutally honest as we felt the photos and property description were not representative of what was offered.

− Firstly the entrance to the property was down a very dusty, dirty unpaved track. The lady in Reception did not really explain re breakfast/dinner and we had to go back later for clarification re this. The description online led us to believe there was an onsite restaurant which there is not. You can order cold platters/breakfast which are served outside the Reception area. I presumed I was booking a room in the villa which may have been better however our accomodation was part of a building fronted by some kind of industrial unit. The accomodation consisted of a bedroom with a dining table and 3 chairs, a tiny TV and a writing desk, random, a smaller room with a fridge and a wardrobe and a bathroom. The description online mentioned 'decorated with antique furniture' but a small sofa and cutlery would have been more useful than a writing desk. Even though there was a dining table no plates or cutlery was provided although there were cups and a kettle. The bed was a metal framed bed which rocked every time we moved. The shower had mould around bottom.and didnt drain away quick enough resulting in it overflowing. The place had an overpowering smell of bleach. There were no blinds/net curtains on the full length glass doors or window so to get dressed we had to.keep curtains closed. During pur 3 night stay, the bed was never made nor was the one bin emptied, basic hpusekeeping in my opinion. ŁThere were 2 pools neither great really. The larger of the two had only 2 umbrelllas set in concrete so they couldnt even be moved for shade. The outside seating areas, and I use the term loosely, were in sore need of replacement. We had just come from another agritourism property in Montepulciano for which we paid less and the difference in standard was huge. This is a very basic property, 2 star at most and definitely not worth what we paid.

Prachtige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel, mooie en proper zwembaden, fijne kamer met goeie bedden en mooie, propere badkamer, super fijn terras

− formiche sul piano cottura e mancanza di manutenziona ordinaria in generale alla struttura e ai bagni, camere ecc...

C'è piaciuto tutto! La colazione meravigliosa, la cena squisita e genuina, la camera comoda e spaziosa. E' un luogo che rispetta gli animali e la natura. I nostri due cagnoloni sono stati calorosamente accolti! Si trova a San Vincenzo in una zona molto tranquilla. Torneremo sicuramente!

− Migliorerei un pò la stanza, aggiungendo ciotole per i cani e qualche amenities in più
