Great location but wasted on bad management, house needs a lot of maintenance.
7.0We liked the quiet location and landscape, the decoration and pool was nice. The house was clean.
− We were a group of 8 with children and found it very hard to live in the property for a full weekend with so many things broken. Although this property has fantastic potential, it has been almost abandoned by the staff and no maintenance has been done. Most kitchen equipment was broken, dishwasher not working, broken stove, leaking fridge, leaking taps in kitchen and bedrooms, sinks in bad condition, broken chandelier in the living room, not very safe. The pool area had broken steps and was full of stereofoam that flew from the construction site of the new building they abandoned as well. Also, from bad installation, the windows and doors of the house are not airtight and there are gaps where ants and mosquitos (a lot of both!) can enter easily, so it was not confortable inside the bedrooms during the night and our food had to remain at all times inside the fridge to avoid being attacked. We finished the stay with a random energy cut (probably caused by one of the many faulty appliances) that made the security and fire alarm ring non stop and all lights went off while the emergency signals lighted up. We had to solve it ourselves by phone assistance since the staff rarely comes to the property as we were told. The staff didn't answer any messages regarding any of the broken things and even treated us with disdain when we called about the energy cut. It is indeed a shame for such a beautiful place.

− Gostamos de tudo, casa bem equipada com tudo, o reparo que deixo é os colchões das camas deveriam de ser trocados para melhor qualidade
