− Schöner wäre es gewesen direkt einen Badestrand statt einem surfstrand, kommt aber vielleicht auf die Saison an. Und es wäre cool gewesen, wenn es ein Restaurant oder Frühstück in von der Unterkunft gab.

9.0It is right on the ocean with a strong breeze that keeps you comfortable all the time. We had great views of the ocean, lots of privacy, and enjoyed using the sun beds as well. The kitchen is very well stocked (eg salad spinner, carrot peeler, potato masher). The owner is helpful, hospitable, accommodating, and responsive. We had a wifi problem in the evening and he had people come that night to fix it.
− We did not miss having AC in the bedroom as the overhead fan keeps you cool but it would be nice to have a fan in the main room. A sharp kitchen knife is needed. The ocean was too rough to swim in but it is a short drive to really nice beaches. A car is needed.

8.0Nice at the sea side. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
− In the immediate surrounding on walking distance there is not a lot to do or to explore. The staff however is very helpful giving advice.
Beautiful location, view and apartment
9.0The property was in a beautiful location, next to a beach with great waves for wind surfing (wouldnt recommend swimming). The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kept the place clean and tidy.
− There seemed to be a lot of mosquitos this time of year(March), I got bitten a lot, not sure how they were getting in, maybe something could be done to combat that more.
Was quite but too quite for us and needed a car to get to restaurants

A prepayment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card, or a full payment is required within 24 hours after completing your reservation.
All rates are based on a max occupancy in a unit, 2 people max in a one bedroom unit and 4 people max in a two bedroom unit. In some units the property can accommodate an extra person for which a charge of $30 USD per person per night will apply.
Depending on how and when the property receives a booking and for which time period a booking has been made, different payment options will be sent to guests.
The property only accepts bookings with full flight information, airline, flight no. and arrival time. The property automatically organizes a personalized airport pick up for guests. All guests are welcomed at the property by a member of staff and get a concierge type welcome procedure.
Depending on seasons our booking and especially payment conditions do change. To be able to provide the best service possible, answers on messages/e-mails are required with in 24 hours.
