1.0Buen dia. Tenía una reserva del 8 al 9 de agosto y nunca nos recibieron, llegué a las 7:30 de la noche, parecía una finca abandonada. Nadie nos recibió, tuve que pagar un taxi adicional e irme a otro hotel, cuando venía con mi familia con niñas pequeñas. Envié un mensaje de que llegaríamos tarde, no me contestaron, gasté en el taxi y otro hotel $350 dólares adicionales para pasar la noche en otro hotel. No deberían trabajar en turismo, no tienen la menor idea de lo que es respeto y responsabilidad por el turista, nunca me escribieron, hasta ahora que me llega este mensaje automático.
