10.0This is an absolute gem of a property: comfortable air conditioned rooms, lovely pool area, amazing food (including wonderful breakfasts) all from produce on the farm, and warm and friendly hosts. A very memorable stay, and we would love to return. If you’re travelling by train, the station is five minutes walk.

7.0Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit viel Gemüse und Obst. Die Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
− Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Als wir ankamen und unsere Räder abstellen wollten, kam sofort eine sehr unfreundliche Dame auf uns zu und hat uns gemaßregelt, dass wir die Fahrräder hier nicht abstellen dürfen. Wir waren hatten schon über 700 km auf dem Fahrrad hinter uns und haben der Dame wohl aufgrund unseres Outfits nicht so gut gefallen. Wir wurden dann auch über die Poolregeln aufgeklärt, jedoch nicht über die Kleiderordnung. Der sehr schöne Pool befindet sich im Garten auf der anderen Seite des Hofes. Um die Zimmer zu erreichen muss man durch den Speiseraum. Als wir den Pool besuchen wollten wurde wir auch prompt wieder von der Dame aufgehalten und darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir, wenn wir durch Speisesaal gehen auch ordentlich gekleidet sein müssen. Also nicht in Badekleidung mit umgebundenen großen Handtuch. Auf den Zimmern gibt es keine Bademäntel. Wie schon gesagt, waren wir mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und unser Gepäck sehr eingeschränkt. Auf dem Rückweg vom Pool wurden wir wieder auf die Kleiderordnung hingewiesen. Der Speisesaal war beide male leer, da ja keine Essenszeit war. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber, das Bad ebenfalls sauber aber sehr klein und spartanisch.
