The house has a very good location in Sistelo, it had a good size for us, a couple. The fireplace in a cold and rainy winter day made all the difference, although it would have been impossible to light it up if we hadn't brought firestarters with us and have an ax to cut big logs into smaller pieces.

− I strongly advise not to book this property before inquiring how much you're going to be charged for bringing your pets, or if there are any other surprise charges. I booked the property, paid right away, and there was no possibility of cancelation without losing the full amount of the stay, which was quite expensive. Yet, the day after the reservation was made and paid, the owner said that I had to pay extra for the animals, when such fee was not disclosed on their booking page. Basically the owner could ask whatever amount she wanted because she knew no matter how unreasonable the amount was I would not cancel the reservation otherwise I'd lose the entire value I had paid already. We felt trapped. I think if new charges/taxes are informed to the client AFTER the reservation has been made and fully paid, it's considered new information, and the client should have the opportunity to cancel for free. Otherwise they are trapped and forced to pay whatever exorbitant values extra the property wants, because the property know the client will not want to cancel the entire reservation and lose all the money because of the extra charges. So, that was not good and it sort of soured the whole experience. We were forced to pay a value we did not agree with without any chance of pulling out of the deal. We felt ripped off to be honest. Beware.
