Good location, nice rooms, would not recommend breakfast
8.0Location very good if traveling by car, would not recomend without a car as it is a bit far from any bus stop. Enough parking spaces. Rooms are located in the first floor, with staircase or lift, this is one of the few instances where the whole structure and room was truly accesible for a wheelchair. Opening of doors both into the room and into the bathroom, was designed with a wheelchair person in mind and could be also beneficial for families with smaller children. Room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to reach Venice by car (approx 10 minutes with traffic included) and also easy to read the highway when leaving.
− We were dissapointed with breakfast options, despite the fact we have been asked for sweet or salty options the day before, the salty option was an unidentifiable breakfast muffin with egg and spinach that was still frozen in the inside. Bread options also not great. I expected more, especially with the fact in mind, its a vegetable and herbs farm and it was middle of harvesting season. Breakfast included dry sweets, freshly pressed juice and water, coffee was also possible. We chose this accomodation due to possibility to park two cars, closeness to Venice and breakfast possibility, next visit we would maybe choose a different place.

10.0Personale gentile e disponibile; bella e pulita la camera , la colazione è bella assortita e servita direttamente al tavolo! Varietà di scelta anche per l'apericena che puoi fare fuori all'aperto in relax e con una bellissimavista sul giardino. È un'ottima struttura anche per disabili!
