− Portão emperrado. Não tinha ninguém pra nos receber. Acomodações sem limpeza, do corredor ao apartamento. Escada escura. Banheiros alagados. Péssima experiência.

− Nao é muito fácil de achar, não tem nenhuma identificação, deixou a desejar um pouco na limpeza. Percebe-se que e novinho os quartos, mas não fizeram aquela limpeza pós obra.

− Senti falta de um ar condicionado, pois durante o dia o quarto fica bem abafado, pelo fato de ser do lado do sol e não ter ventilação. Fora isso, é necessário dar uma atenção a limpeza dos eletrodomésticos, a borracha de vedação do frigobar estava com muito mofo e fedendo.
