10.0Super aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie, total nett (sprechen auch Deutsch) und haben uns superviele gute Tipps gegeben und auch z. B Restaurant Reservierungen für uns gemacht. Die Anlage hat einen großen Pool und ein kleines Whirlpool Becken, beides mit Ausblick! Alles mega sauber, das Studio wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Geschlossener Parkplatz mit Tor. Die Küchenzeile hat einen großen Kühlschrank , 2 Herdplatten, Spüle und und Wasserkocher, das Frühstück ist inklusive und sehr gut und es gibt im der Gegend sehr viele tolle Restaurants! Anlage liegt am Berg und trotz großer Hitze immer etwas Wind und Klimaanlage im Zimmer!! Bahnhof mit Parkplatz in der Nähe, so dass man auch mit dem Zug z. B nach Udine, Görz oder Triest fahren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

9.0Zo schoon en ruim Tomatensoep hielp ons heel prettig en wij mochten langer in de kamer blijven omdat we laat terug vlogen. Het zwembad is heerlijk koel. Heerlijk ontbijt met vers fruit en veel keus. De rust en uitzicht van de kamer. Ja hoort geen buren. Mooie zonsondergang.

10.0Sehr familiär geführt.Etwaige Wünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.Vom Pool aus sieht man das Meer.
− Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr schmal und die Fahrbahn ist schlecht.(besonders bei Niederquerschnittreifen)

10.0Ho prenotato al Gradec con un solo giorno di preavviso e chiedendo un late check-in. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali non solo nel venire incontro alle mie necessità, ma anche organizzando tutto affinché al mio arrivo - comunque tardi e per una sola notte - potessi comunque usufruire delle aree relax dell'agriturismo. Il giardino è fantastico, con una vista splendida. Le piscine sono curatissime e utilizzabili anche la sera, un vero toccasana dopo ore di guida. Doveva essere solo una sosta tecnica durante un lungo viaggio, ma si è rivelato un soggiorno eccezionale.
