Looks good but some underlying staff issues.
7.0Well maintained grounds, modern facilities in the room. Excellent pool and mini gym suite. A quiet area on the edge of town so slept well until the leaf-blower started at 08:00 every morning.
− North facing bungalow (104) always felt cold and damp. Fittings - especially the door lock - were worn and sometimes malfunctioned. Very confused servers in the restaurant giving contradictory answers about whether a particular item on the menu was, or was not, available. Atmosphere in the restaurant was cold and clinical. Several queries with the reception staff went unanswered so we ultimately made our own arrangements and did not pursue.

Wonderful stay in Kumily
9.0We got two cottages that were just renovated so we were the first guest to use them :-) Clean, Spacious, Large bathroom with modern shower. The property is located a min away from the Perriyar national reserve and welll emerged with nature. staff were extremely nice and helpful.
