8.0− Połamane deski na tarasie stanowiły realne zagrożenie, niby prywatny taras, ale wszyscy przechodzą z pokoju do pokoju, w łazience zepsuty prysznic,w ciągu ostatnich 2 lat od ostatniej wizyty widać, że nie doinwestują wcale budynku
