8.0La vista, la piscina, la cortesia del personale, l'atmosfera degli spazi esterni.
− Purtroppo, al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la camera King prenotata non si trovava nel corpo principale della struttura, bensì in una dependance parzialmente interrata (circa per tre quarti). Appena entrati siamo stati colpiti da un fortissimo odore di muffa e umidità, tale da rendere l'ambiente insalubre e di fatto impossibile da utilizzare per il soggiorno. Dopo aver segnalato immediatamente il problema alla reception e comunicato la nostra intenzione di non rimanere in quella camera, il personale ci ha riferito di essere già a conoscenza della situazione e ci ha proposto una sistemazione di categoria superiore nel corpo principale dell'hotel. La nuova camera, che presumo fosse una suite, era decisamente di tutt'altro livello: molto curata, spaziosa e disposta su due livelli. Questa sistemazione è stata davvero all'altezza delle aspettative e la consiglio senza esitazione. Al contrario, sconsiglio vivamente la prenotazione delle camere King/Superior "Ferrovia" e "Alchimia". A mio avviso non sono all'altezza degli standard del resto della struttura: arredamento datato, illuminazione fredda e sfarfallante, una sola piccola finestra (peraltro danneggiata e impossibile da aprire completamente) e un generale problema di umidità che compromette il comfort e la salubrità dell'ambiente.
