L'emplacement pas très loin du centre ville, 20 mn à pied, la piscine avec vu sur mer, parking à proximité. Et merci beaucoup à DORA qui nous a changé de chambre dû à un problème de climatisation.

− Le petit déjeuner très très léger, le jus de fruits pas de goût ainsi que le café. Pour les gens qui déjeune bien aller plutôt à l'extérieur.

We would like to clarify that our disappointment was never related to the kindness or effort of your staff. In fact, a young lady at the hotel was extremely helpful and did her best to assist us. She even arranged a decorated room for us, and we truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She was the only part of our stay that left us with a positive impression. However, this did not resolve the main issue. We booked and paid for a Superior Room, but upon arrival we were given what appeared to be a standard room, which was far from what we had expected. The alternative room that was offered to us was also not the room type we had booked. Even your own staff mentioned that the room was “not very good” and suggested that we could move there the following day. Since it still was not the room category we had reserved, we declined the offer. Our review reflects our disappointment with the accommodation we received, not with the staff member who genuinely tried to help us. We sincerely thank her for her excellent service and efforts.

− We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately our experience was nothing like what was advertised in the photos. We booked and fully paid for a Superior Room several months in advance. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for our room, and at check-in we were informed that the Superior Room we had reserved had been given to another guest. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that our reservation had been confirmed and paid for months earlier. What made the situation even worse was that the hotel never informed us in advance. We received no message or notification before our arrival, even though they already knew our reserved Superior Room would not be available. At the very least, they could have contacted us through Booking.com before our check-in date. If they had informed us in advance, we would have had the opportunity to cancel our reservation and book another hotel instead. Instead, we only found out after arriving, when we had no realistic alternative. After we complained, the staff showed us another Superior Room and said we could move there the following day. However, the room was not clean and was in poor condition, so it was not an acceptable option. Instead, we were placed in a very small standard room, even though we had paid for a Superior Room. The room we received was not comparable to a Superior Room and did not even meet the standard of a Deluxe Room. Despite our complaints, the hotel made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. Overall, we did not receive the room we had booked and paid for, and the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made our stay very disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
