10.0The silence, reconnecting with nature, lovely walks, peaceful. Dogs had a blast. Fresh milk, butter and cheese from the cows. Free range chickens. The call of the nightjars in the evenings and added bonus. Will definitely be going back again.

9.0Very quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. No self catering facilities, but the host said they will be adding that in the future. Value for money as breakfast was included.
A great getaway in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend the peace and quiet.
9.0The fresh farm produce: butter and eegs, milk and honey. They were all fresh from the farm and delicious. The owners were also very friendly. There are lots of great possibilities for taking good walks.
− We didn't know that the cottage was so close to the main house. During summer months, I would recommend a fan in the room as it can get rather stuffy. Otherwise we had a great time.
This is the perfect retreat for a quiet, laid back getaway.
