Nice stay.

The shop is very close; the view was just from one window, but it was a nice view. The river is close enough to walk to. Even if I wrote a lot about what I didn't like, I liked that we stayed here because we got to see an old house- something more than 300years old? Husband is a builder; he went through everything to see what works and what doesn't in that building and renovation style, so it was a gain for us to be in such a house for one night. The host was very lovely. It was nice seeing her in the garden picking veggies. Kids liked the big TV also :)

It was a bit crowded for my taste; other people were around from other houses. But not like they want to talk to you, but... you are not alone when you are outside. If you are tall, you will bump into a lot- these are old houses with low door frame. There is something with electricity. If I were the host, I would not put in the stove with 4 rings if I can't work with more than one; the electricity is switching off. Or just put in a gas stove; no electricity needed. I struggled to make food for the next day. It was either water for coffee or potatoes or sauce. I could not make all of those at the same time, so more time in the kitchen- frustrating. Take into account that there are beautiful horses very close; that means flies. If you like to open windows for fresh air, fresh it will be, but flies will not allow you to sleep. At least that was our experience. If you take bunk beds (one over another), be informed- you have to have some levitation powers; it's not easy to climb up there

Stunning location and a lovely cabin

Lovely cabin with a stunning view. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. Lovely surroundings, friendly welcome clean and comfortable.

Having to make and strip the bed for sake of one night, but not really a big deal.

Hjälpsam personal, fick låna både fiskebåt och fiskespö. Tyvärr inget napp men det inte personalens fel 😁

Vi hade otur med en fluginvasion. När vi fick hittat flugsmäcken så fick dom sig en rejäl match
