Vom ersten Moment an hat sie uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein – als wären wir alte, geschätzte Freunde und nicht einfach nur Besucher. Noris ist die Art von Mensch, die ihr Herz in alles steckt, was sie tut. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Sie war stets bereit, uns Informationen, Empfehlungen und Unterstützung zu geben, wann immer wir sie brauchten – immer mit einem aufrichtigen Lächeln und einer ansteckend positiven Ausstrahlung. Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohlbefinden und der Komfort ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. 7.0La posizione tranquilla, la struttura è sicuramente accogliente e confortevole. La camera è spaziosa, dotata di molti comfort. La colazione è molto soddisfacente, dolce e salato, di buona qualità, abbondante. L'area piscina è indubbiamente molto bella, ben tenuta, bel giardino, ben attrezzato. Comodo e utilissimo il parcheggio riservato. La disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff, nonostante qualche pecca (vedi il capitolo successivo)
− 1) Al nostro arrivo la signora controlla il frigorifero e constata che avrebbero dovuto esserci tre bottigliette d'acqua (ma ce n'era una sola). Nonostante questo, le altre due non sono state fornite. 2) Ragnatele e (soprattutto) ragni (3 campagnoli, piuttosto vistosi) non credo si addicano a una camera che non costa proprio due soldi, quindi da questo punto di vista pretenderei un po' più di cura. 3) La piscina è bella, ma l'acqua molto fredda. 4) Nell'elenco dei "servizi" offerti in fondo vengono riportate queste due voci (servizi benessere): "vasca termale" e "vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi", ma entrambe queste cose non ci sono. Dopo aver chiesto alla signora ci viene risposto che non ci sono, ma c'è una camera con la vasca idromassaggio. Va bene, però dalla descrizione sul sito non si capisce questa cosa. 5) Ultimo, ma decisivo: LE ZANZARE. Devastante! Impossibile restare a bordo piscina e rilassarsi, impossibile lasciare la porta aperta. Abbiamo passato la prima ora a stanare tutte le zanzare in camera: almeno 30 quelle stroncate, ma altre erano ben nascoste. LA DISINFESTAZIONE DOVREBBE ESSERE QUANTO MENO CONTEMPLATA. 6) Il prezzo alla fine delle varie considerazioni è un tantino eccessivo

10.0The host, Noris, was amazing, very welcoming, and happy to chat with us, which was lovely. Her accommodation was beautiful, as is she. We left feeling that this is one place and experience we will always remember and already telling friends about. Noris, her accommodation and hospitality is very special and we will treasure these memories..it was one of our best experiences, thank you Noris and Gucci x ❤️

Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Additional changes come at extra cost.
