8.0Die Lage war super, und ruhig war es auch.
− Ich habe mich während der Hinfahrt über Booking.com beim Vermieter gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob ich einen Code für die Eingangstüre erhalte. Bis zu meiner Ankunft keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Als ich dann am späteren Abend ankam, war die Türe geschlossen und ich hatte keine Code. Den Vermieter konnte ich telefonisch nicht mehr erreichen - ausserhalb der Bürozeiten. Es wurde eine Notfall-Nummer heruntergebetet. Ich musste 2 weitere Male anrufen um mir die Nummer notieren zu können, so schnell wurde sie mitgeteilt. Am Schluss kam dann der Hausabwart, welcher mir mit dem Generalschlüssel die Wohnung geöffnet hat. Er und der Mitarbeiter welcher später vorbeikam um die Karte auszustellen, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. WiFi war sehr schlecht resp. die Homepage zum anmelden hat nicht funktioniert. Bei den Photos von Booking.com und der Erläuterung wurde eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vermerkt. Die Anschlüsse waren da, aber keine Waschmaschine.

− WLAN fuctionierte nicht.
Good but ran into issue with self check in
6.0The room was simply excellent. Clean, spacious and well furnished, balcony for fresh air and kitchen with it’s own microwave.
− Booking.com responses were delayed. Understandable for a third party website booking, but inconvenient when my eSIM somehow couldn’t make calls in Germany, despite having internet. Ran into a problem that only got solved because another tenant passed by and helped me. For the people who are booking from a third party website (ie. booking.com), if your first name is two words, the check-in system will automatically group the second word of your name with your last name. When entering your name at the self check in, if the regular word order doesn’t work, try EVERY combination of your name- even the unlikely ones!

6.0Gute Lage und gute Matratze
− Kein Salz und Pfeffer um etwas in der Küche zu haben wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. TV im Schlafzimmer mal drüber nachdenken weil im Wohnzimmer nicht das Sofa zum ausziehen ist wegen gemeinsam TV zu gucken.
