Tolle Lage um Papenburg zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Die Lage des Boardinghouse ist perfekt um Papenburg zu erkunden, zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet (im Hotel nebenan) war super lecker (19€ p. P.) und flexibel dazu buchbar. Außerdem konnten wir uns E-bikes leihen, es gab sogar ein Lastenrad.

− Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren abgewetzt und auch der Couchtisch nicht mehr ganz so schön. Der Spiegel im Bad war provisorisch eingeklemmt, halb ausgepackt, vermutlich zu groß um ihn dort richtig hinzuhängen. Außerdem fehlte ein Fahrstuhl, was mit Kinderwagen etwas unpraktisch ist, immerhin konnte das Auto gut vor der Tür stehen und der Kiwa dann eben dort immer rein… Leider fahren viele Auto-Poser und Motorräder abends auf der Straße hin und her, dafür kann zwar das Hotel/Boardinghouse nichts, aber wer bei offenem Fenster abends Ruhe haben möchte oder sehr leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich das vorher überlegen oder Ohropax einpacken.

Alles wat goed. Niks op aan te merken. Het wat heel erg schoon dat viel direct op. En je grijpt niet mis in de keuken alles is aan wezig. Echt een heel goed verblijf gehad.

Wir hatten drei schöne Tage in Papenburg.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

− Die sicherlich mal guten Betten sind schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Heizung konnte man nicht regulieren, im Badezimmer gab es keine Entlüftung, jedenfalls nicht sichtbar und hörbar. Dem Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Empore fehlt eine zusätzliche Toilette. Die Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht, auch nachdem wir es an der Rezeption bemängelt hatten, wurde der Fehler nicht behoben [ z.B. Bewegungsmelder].
