9.0El trato del personal: impecable, atento, alegre y súper amable y agradable. El ambiente tranquilo. Muy bien para ir en familia. Fácil aparcar. Es como un pueblecillo.
− En general todo bien. Por poner un pero se podría valorar el cambiar las bañeras por platos de ducha.

− - canapé lit de très mauvaise qualité - 1 seul rouleau papier wc pour 3 jours pour 3! - 1 toute petite serviette de toilette pour notre fille qui a 9 ans, donc une grand aurait été beaucoup plus pratique - vaisselle dans l'appartement sale - pas d'eau chaude sur 2 jours.... Pas de geste commercial
Aurait pu mieux se passer avec un peu d’effort de la part de l’hôtel
8.0La propreté, le petit déjeuner, le personnel (sauf 1 de la maintenance qui ne nous a pas ouvert la porte qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui est allé dire à la réception que je forcé la porte cela faisait 3 fois que je faisais le tour et un papier a été mis en suivant )
− L’appartement que l’on nous a attribué est placé à côté des centrales de climatisation donc un bruit infernal 24/24 et pendant 7 jours ( beaucoup de difficultés à dormir) Je pense que vu le nombre de location vacantes on aurait pu avoir un autre appartement.La télé et le wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien .

10.0Huge complex, my room had a pool view. Very comfortable, had everything you might need for a longer stay. I loved the breakfast, it had nice variety. The employees at the reception were very friendly, and are there 24/7, which is great as I had a late (2am) chech-in. I liked everything, it was a good value for the price.
