Location was good but if you get a room that smells like cigarettes it’s not good Sorry

Great location

− My room smelled like cigarettes and I told them about it. They were full but I didn’t feel they really cared and pretended that it’s normal Also they didn’t have enough key cards and they only wanted to give one per room which was a pain because it meant someone that came back late had to wake the other person to come I. The room. I rented 2 rooms. They gave a hard time about getting 2 key cards

I used to stay at azure this was our 3rd time and this time it was frustrating the level of the receptionist called Maria she was very rude and impolite refuse to keep our luggage saying this is not a hotel and she leave at 6 pm so we need to go she said it with a loud voice and rude way The clearness very bad Mattress and pillows uncomfortable I had a problem in my back and it hurts me more now

− Bad I don’t recommend it

This is our 3rd time to stay at AZur suites the only good thing g was the beach bloom

− I was shocked from the way of the receptionist who refused our request of late check out she didn’t even agree to keep our luggage however we have requested a late check out bcs our flight at night She was very rude impolite yelling at our face we had two separate suites in a very bad location one is very small and beds are in a very bad condition The receptionist name is Maria she should not work in hospitality she said we are not hotel !!!! Mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable totally over used need to be changed No change for towels Not clean at all

− Room was very noisy just outside reception. Balcony door didn't seal...not a nice room position wise
