Good location. Very clean. Ms Rannia was very helpful and friendly.

− Unfortunately we booked online and thought we were getting something completely different to what we got. According to pictures on the net we were getting a room with bedroom and loungeroom, and a pool. When we arrived, we were put into a tiny bedroom and bathroom set up. We had to duck to get into the bathroom. Very small!! Hubby struggled to stand in the shower. It is like a cave We were not allowed to use the pool unless we paid 30euro per day, and were told cameras were watching us! Courtyard area was tiny. Each room had a nice little outdoor table and chairs but once all rooms were full, we were literally sat looking at each other. Not private at all!! Other guests were allowed to use the pool directly outside our door, and were so loud and noisy. We asked it if were possible to get a kettle, but were told no as we had the budget room. Info given to us on car hire and sightseeing things, however we did our homework and found car hire ect much cheaper elsewhere.

I loved the style of the suites, everything was very fresh and clean. It was very calm as well in the area as well as the hotell. We looooved Rania. She is the best. Without her we wouldn’t had such a lovely stay, she gave us tips on where to go, helped us with reservations, and took us on a whole day trip. She made sure we had everything we needed. We would go back just for her.

− It was a bit from Oia, like a 25 minute walk. Taxi is very expensive so we walked and it took some time. But on the other hand it was very nice to have some calm atmosphere in Finikia compared to Oia so I wouldn’t really see the distance as sometime negative if you prefer to live somewhere quiet over distance to centrum.

In short — I absolutely do not recommend this place!

− Under no circumstances should you come to this place!! Terrible service — the jacuzzi was cold. We asked five times, they came five times, and did nothing. The jacuzzi stayed cold. There’s a woman who calls herself the administrator, but whenever there’s a question, she immediately calls someone else, and there’s basically no reception at all. The most upsetting part was the check-out issue: when we booked, it clearly said check-out was between 12:00 and 14:00. But when we arrived, they suddenly claimed it was until 11:00. I have screenshots showing that the time was different when we booked, but they changed it during our stay. When we said we’d stay until 2 PM as written, they threatened to call the police and cause trouble. In short — I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Was near to Oía by foot but far for the bus stop. Was very clean

− Was humidity, do not specify that the economic suite can not use the hidro, Rania was like mad because was a confusion in my arrival time, she made me feel uncomfortable when I asked if I can use the jacuzzi

Le charme type des habitations grecques, l’eau chaude du jacuzzi, la propreté du logement est parfaite et Rania est tres gentille, et s’occupe très bien de nous pour les activités, les lieux à visiter …
