Amazing staff and great hotel!
10.0Great location near the Metzuda and the central bus station. The staff were above and beyond, truly exceptional. They allowed us to leave our suitcases past the checkout time until 7:45PM and were so easy going about it. Definitely will come back here again next time in Tzfas.

5.0It's difficult to honestly rate this hotel or the town of Safed as we stayed here on Oct 8th, 2023, right as Israel was gearing up to defend it's borders.
