− Für die Sommermonate ist das Appartement zu heiß, da u. a. durch den Innensichtschutz (Lamellenvorhang) keine aktiver Sonnenschutz gegeben ist.

− Keine Außenjalousien/Rollläden, somit keine Möglichkeit die Räume kühl zu halten; viele Steckdosen, aber nur wenige in Funktion; WLAN hat nur selten funktioniert; Brausekopf/-schlauch hat sein Lebensende erreicht, Aufzug vermutlich für längere Zeit außer Betrieb (wird aber bei der Buchung angegeben)
