− Aufteilung des Appartements. Esstisch vor Toilette. Unpersönliche, ungemütliche Ausgestaltung. Unpraktische Ausstattung der Küche, besonders sinnloser Abtropfkorb. Identische Bilder in mehreren Zimmern. Regale sahen aus als ob der Gerichtsvollzieher da war: leer.

8.0Die zentrale Lage am alten Markt. Hübsches kleines Apartment. Lange Ausscheckzeit.
− Kein Aufzug, sehr steile Treppen. Liegt daran, dass es ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude ist. Daher ist der Aufstieg etwas beschwerlich.
