9.0A localização é ideal para um retiro da confusão das cidades. Sítio calmo, com vizinhos tranquilos, uma vista muito bonita. A piscina é muito agradável, com bastante privacidade (as câmeras de vigilância nota-se que não estão directamente apontadas para a piscina). A casa está bem equipada, tem tudo que é necessário para fazer as refeições e passar um serão agradável.
− O esquentador tem alguns humores, é difícil manter a água quente numa temperatura agradável. A televisão da sala podia ser um pouco maior. A internet não era muito estável, tinha múltiplas falhas (provavelmente beneficiaria de uma mudança de router).
