4.0Tenerife is a beautiful place with wonderful people, but that doesn't apply to the quality of the hotel. The best climate I've ever experienced, and a wonderful experience visiting Siam Park.
− The hotel is too old and long overdue for renovation. It's only surviving thanks to the staff's titanic efforts to keep it in even a modicum of condition, but it's physically impossible to fix something so worn out that it requires significant investment. Aside from an ocean view, decent food for this category of hotel, and friendly staff, you won't find anything else to ensure a comfortable stay.

4.0Unfortunatelly very bad booking ! According to thebooking reviews from the guests, the hotel was nice, and many were satisfied. From the beginning, it was a nightmare. We arrived at night ,and had to pay everything at the reception upfront-never had such an experience before . The room for my family was dirty, beds very broken, the matress were out dated and worn down. The furniture had been there for 40 years (we got the info from the hotel staff later on) . The room stunk from the mould in the waterpipes and the old sofas /chairs. The food was sometimes good, sometimes really very bad. Not well-done cooked, not really with a flavour. we got the room changed o nthe other day -but it was only a bit better. the same noise from the opposite JOTEL Toya !! horrible. The waste being driven away fro mthe hotel every night at 4a.m. got you awake !! the noise young English youngsters + the noisy air-conditioning engines o nthe roof of the opporite Hotel Troya weere just a dissaster. The receptionists, the hotel mamanger (the Italian Guy ) tried themselves , and the waitress too , but the facility is definitely not worht it any more stays. DO not go there with a family & children.
− Dirty rooms (have seen 4 of them -all the same ) the cleaning service was just every 3 day and it was terribel !!! the floor was not swept thoroughly once!!! Stinky smelly bathroom with smelly towels (never smelt nice even when given clean). Noisy opposite Hotel waste
