Tesisin temiz oluşu, elektronik cihazların bulunması, odanın şık ve kompakt oluşu keyif vericiydi. Otoparkın oluşu beni benden aldı diyebilirim.

− Tesisin bulunduğu konum tedirgin edici. Özellikle Hint, afrikalı ve çin ırklarının konuşlandığı mahallelerin arasında bir yerde bulunuyor. Bu, tesisin suçu değil elbette ama maalesef konum bu şekilde.

− escalier pour se rendre au lien, j'ai manqué la dernière marche durant la nuit et me sui affalé par terre.

Chambres qualitatives avec un espace commun agréable, emplacement proche du centre

Emplacement un peu en dehors de Monastiraki mais accessible à pied. Chambres agréables.

− Parking en enfilade, nous avons été “coincés” par d’autres touristes (mais réglé par le staff qui a demandé aux véhicules de se déplacer)

The room was quiet, clean and roomy enough for 4 adult women.

− The information provided on the booking site led us to believe that there was an elevator servicing all floors. There is not. The elevator only goes from the lower building entrance to the first floor and is extremely tiny. Suitcases, etc., then had to be carried up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The neighborhood appeared to be a nice neighborhood in the pictures. It is not. Restaurants in the area told us that we should not go out at night because it wasn't safe. It didn't feel safe. The booking site information stated there was a view of the Acropolis. There is not. The air conditioning was very difficult (to impossible) to use. The room was hot most of the time. It appeared that a shuttle service was provided from the airport. There is to a point. It is a private shuttle service that charges independently from the hotel. The shuttle service didn't overcharge, but you do have to contact them by yourself. They were prompt and efficient. There is a microwave available for the room. It is not in the room. You have to walk down the stairs toward the lower level and it is located on a metal shelf off to the side of the stairs in the stairwell. Small and awkward to reach. It felt like a bait and switch for the room. Pictures provided on the booking site appear pleasant, safe and nice. Reality is that it is not completely true.

Προσεγμένος και πολύ καθαρός χώρος. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό και είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμος με αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ σημαντική παροχή η θέση στάθμευσης.

− Τη μία από τις τρεις ημέρες της διαμονής μας αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα κατά την έξοδο από το parking, καθώς ο χώρος είναι περιορισμένος και σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις το ένα αυτοκίνητο κλείνει το άλλο. Δεν υπήρχε άμεσος τρόπος επικοινωνίας και κανείς δεν γνώριζε σε ποιο δωμάτιο αντιστοιχούσε κάθε αυτοκίνητο. Με τη βοήθεια της πολύ ευγενικής κυρίας της καθαριότητας, η οποία έτυχε να βρίσκεται εκείνη την ώρα στον χώρο, τελικά βρέθηκε λύση. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο η διαχείριση να καταγράφει κατά το check-in τον αριθμό κυκλοφορίας και το δωμάτιο κάθε επισκέπτη, ώστε παρόμοιες περιπτώσεις να αντιμετωπίζονται άμεσα.

− C'est un hôtel non fumeur en théorie. Nous sommes arrivés dans a chambre avec un très forte odeur de tabac. Aucune réponse aux messages par rapport cela, la seule solution donnée a été de ouvrir les fenêtres. Pas très content du suivi clientèle
