1.0Actually I did not manage to check in as I called the property. The owner ignore all my phone call. Very bad experience. As it was very late at night I have to go to other hotel in sitiawan to get a room.
− Hope you could refund our money due to this cheating done by the owner of the room. Booking.com please take action on this cheating done by the owner of the room. We are planning to make a police report unless our money is being refunded. Thank you

1.0− I got scammed with Goopro. Upon arrival, the property agent (Goopro) cannot be contacted to check in. Paid but no place to stay. Caused hassle as I need to find somewhere else to stay since I booked for racing in Perak Multisports Festival. Thus, I would like to request refund from Booking. Please do not allow this agent for property management

A damage deposit of MYR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
