10.0Wonderful place! The apartments are modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could need, making them perfect even for longer stays. We stayed with our 10-month-old baby, and everything was thoughtfully provided for us, including a baby cot and even a baby bathtub. Every request we had was met with kindness and efficiency by the staff, who were always available, attentive, and eager to help. We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay and can’t wait to come back. I’m sure this will become our go-to accommodation whenever we return to Alassio. A special thank you to the amazing staff for their care, kindness, and for making us feel completely comfortable and at home throughout our vacation. We are very grateful and look forward to returning soon!

9.0The location is perfect, near the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. Good size of bedroom and bathroom.
− It could improve the kitchen utensils, they were very limited making difficult to cook a simple meal.

9.0Très belle résidence, de bon goût, très bien équipée et très bien située. le parking est un plus car il est très difficile de se garer à Alassio. Le personnel est adorable et aide en cas de question. Le client est respecté. Le personnel est attentif.
− Le studio que nous avions loué était sur le côté de la résidence et accessible par une ruelle sur l'extérieur, donc bien moins pratique que les logements situés dans le corps de la résidence. De plus des odeurs d'urine étaient présentes: visiblement la ruelle était aussi utilisée pour des besoins pressants... C'est dommage. La résidence n'y est pour rien, mais cela est gênant.
