Good location, disappointing apartment compared to booking with limited service.

− Booked a 65m2 apartment but ended up in an apartment of less than 40m2. Both property owner and Booking.com kept pointing to each other with no appropriate solution. This was really tiny when you are staying there with 2 kids. The sofa bed was not suitable for adults as it was much too small. The main bed had an uncomfortable mattress, with two cavities where one sleeps. When we arrived, the dishwasher was not fully unpacked. Rather than apologizing, the owner started complaining about his personnel. This was a good demonstration of the owners attitude.
