8.0Området är så centralt man bara kan önska, nära tåg, torg och esplanad. Restauranger av alla slag i alla riktningar. Köket var välutrustat med induktionsspis, kylskåp, diskmaskin, brödrost, vatten- och kaffekokare. Det saknades bara en mikrovågsugn.
− Den yttre fönsterrutan var inte låst, så fönstret skramlade vid vindpustar under natten. Vid anmälan per telefon utlovades hjälp av Service Team, men den kom aldrig. Fönstret såg ut att ha stått öppet ganska länge. Eluttaget vid köksön fungerade inte utan åtgärd i elskåpet. Parkeringen kunde utvecklas.
