− El servicio de atención al cliente del alojamiento no es 24h. Falta de mantenimiento: ducha y sofá cama de uno de los apartamentos rotos (2A)

− Olía a humedad y con varias bombillas fundidas.
Viejo, dejado y muy ruidoso.

− Sucio, viejo, muy dejado, desconchones n pintura, pantalla de lámpara rota, el código de acceso funciona unas veces si otras no, se oye todo….Las puertas del rellano pegan unos portazos insoportables sobre todo se oyen a las 3,4 o 5 de la mañana y en los apartamentos B. Muy mala experiencia, llamé para quejarme por otros huéspedes pero poco caso hicieron porque los portazos de madrugada continuaron. Sin aire acondicionado, si dejas abiertas las ventanas por la noche y estando en el centro se oye toda la gente que llega…. Digamos contenta.

− La falta de organización y coordinacion de los que gestionan el apartamento. Deberían hacerle una reforma o un lavado de cara y mejorar varios aspectos de la casa para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos..el sofá-cama no se podía abrir, faltaban cosas a pesar de saber de antemano el número de personas que éramos y aunque solucionaron alguna cosa, tuvimos que estar esperando bastante sin poder disfrutar de la ciudad. Plancha no funciona bien, secador no tira aire caliente, no hay congelador, faltaria algo de menaje. Hay algo de moho en la ducha y juntas, lo que no da sensación de limpieza. No hay aire acondicionado y una de las ventanas estaba rota y no cerraba, metiéndose ruido de la noche sin poder descansar. Mi comentario no es en modo crítica sino algo constructivo para la mejora.
