9.0Room was nice modern and clean, the sofa can accomodate 2 people very well. Location was perfect, parking was comfortable. Also the code system was comfortable to use.
− In the kitchen there were no towels and also in the bathroom to dry hands.

− - Baby cribs are dirty and they are stored on the floor in a general purpose room near trash bin - Bad ventilation, bad smell in the apartment - You can hear neighbors talking and moving around - Apartment nr 6 has an inside view on some construction garbage and trash bin - Sofa is dirty
